    This Order Cancellation Policy explains when customers may cancel an order and when GAISHA may cancel an order.

    1. Customer Cancellation Requests

    Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

    To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, name used for the order, and reason for cancellation.

    Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order status at the time we receive your request.

    2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

    Once an order has been processed, packed, handed over to the courier, or shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.

    If the item is eligible, you may request a return or exchange after receiving the order under our Refund & Return Policy.

    3. Pre-order, Limited Release, or Made-to-order Items

    Pre-order, limited release, customised, personalised, or made-to-order items may not be cancellable once confirmed, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

    This is because such items may be specially produced, reserved, or allocated after purchase.

    4. GAISHA’s Right to Cancel Orders

    GAISHA reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

    If GAISHA cancels an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund where applicable.

    • Product is out of stock
    • Pricing or product information error
    • Payment failure
    • Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment
    • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
    • Delivery location is not serviceable
    • Violation of website terms
    • System, technical, or inventory error

    5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

    Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

    Refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.

    Transaction fees, payment gateway fees, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted where applicable, unless the cancellation was due to GAISHA’s error.
