    1. General Return Eligibility

    We accept return or exchange requests only for eligible items that meet the conditions below:

    GAISHA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

    • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
    • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    • The item includes original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable
    • Proof of purchase or order number is provided

    2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Please provide:

    After review, we may offer one of the following: replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or other suitable resolution.

    • Order number
    • Clear photos or video of the issue
    • Photo of the courier waybill or shipping label
    • Description of the problem

    3. Size Exchanges

    For apparel or wearable merchandise, size exchange may be allowed subject to stock availability.

    The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an order.

    Unless the exchange is due to our mistake, return and re-delivery shipping fees may be borne by the customer.

    4. Non-returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or incorrect:

    • Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
    • Items without original packaging or tags
    • Clearance or final-sale items
    • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
    • Digital products, if any
    • Gift cards, if any
    • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

    5. Change of Mind

    We do not guarantee refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

    GAISHA may review such requests on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

    6. Return Shipping

    Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item caused by GAISHA.

    We recommend using a trackable courier service. GAISHA is not responsible for returned parcels lost during return shipping.

    7. Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

    Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

    Shipping fees, payment gateway fees, handling fees, or transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by GAISHA.
